Notes
The effort of this run wasn't too hard. I was so glad to be out there it was crazy. I definitely went too soon after dinner. I got a stitch in my side from that. Also, it was hotter than I would have like. And yet, I still looked down at my watch and saw a lot of time in the 14's. I think I really am getting faster. AWESOME!!
