Notes

Drove to Christine's house. Did my three mile run, then met her for a 20 minute walk. I forgot how much I love running in the morning. That was crazy fun. We are going to do it again on Thursday. I feel like this is a good option to get my every day run up to three miles. I ran out for about 18 minutes then headed back. Knee felt fine. Running seems to be the best thing for it. :)
