New workout kicked my ass today. Lots of new exercises to learn and the dreaded walking lunges! I really like the dead lift for my legs instead of the squats. Feels much better on my knees. Like the quads are actually getting a workout before the knees complain!

Bench 100, 105, 105. Ten on all three sets. Bumping up to 105 for all three sets on Friday!
