I can't believe I ran 5 miles. I have been focused on this distance for so long as a goal...and today it just happened. I planned on a little more than 4, but it took so long to get in a groove, that by the time it was time to be done, I didn't want top stop. Plus, I think it was good to get that mileage in without planning it in advance. It sure just happened easily. =)
