Felt GREAT to get back on the treadmill. The worry over my hip really affected my mood the last few days. I definitely felt the hip during the run, but never sharp pain like the other day. I think it must have been muscular, or just over use. I realized that I upped my time interval and my pace at the same time. I need to maintain the same pace as I increase my time running and mileage. Stop worrying about how fast I can go. It will come. The goal this time is to finish running the whole thing. Doesn't have to be fast. The next 5K I can worry more about pace!!
