not really pleased with my performance, althought I set a PR on a HILLY course. Finished 2nd in AG, but really wanted to go sub24.. Ran Mile 2 a bit too slow, and I should have HTFU during the last .75 miles.... will write report on FastPunx blog later... Im going to bed, meeting a friend at 5:30am for some mileage
