so stoked i was able to squeeze some mileage into this crazy fucking day!! My 10 mile race I had been stoked on for about 4 months got cancelled due to the storm (for the 2nd time), and Abe is sick... real sick, so I got a solid 3 hours of sleep last night with him. His temp. was way too high so we took an emergency trip to the Pedi's office.... so I really thought I was not getting a run in at all today.
Things kinda settled out by the late afternoon, and the weather broke a bit... and my wife was awesome enough to let me sneak out for a little run... decided to make it mega-quality. ended up wit 5 w/u, 5@MP, 5 c/d
