Notes

Easy 6+ miles, then did 8x200s with a very light 200m recovery jog. So amped on this workout... by the 5th rep I was wondering if I should just call it good after 6, but decided to continue... and the last 2 felt the best!!!

I'm getting really excited for workouts now.
