Went out waaaay to fast. Well, actually I didn't. I hit my mile one and two right at where I wanted to be (7:05), but then I died big. Still got a PR thanks to Jeff screaming at me and pushing me again. Legs are dead weight. 2 weeks till the marathon. Let's get er done.
