Mother's Day Seadog 5K.
Ran 3 miles prior to running race. Felt ok, gotta work on my speed if I want to get anywhere near sub 5k. First mile felt good, 7:00, third mile felt good. Gotta work on maintaing 2nd mile as my pace was 7 and some change. Gotta kick some butt on the track if I want to get anywheres near a sub 21:00 at the end of the month.
