Was foggy out and hot. First run without tank top and felt good. Since Brian mentioned life insurance policy all I can think about is getting wacked by a vehicle now, which totally screws me up mentally. My new mantra is "I'm Awesome" and then I continue to sing the song by Spouse. Hey whatever gets me to run.
