Well theres good news and theres bad news. The good news is that I am going to run a week with 10+ miles. The bad news is, even with the strap knee was hurting like hell. Had to stop to redo the strap 4 times, screamed out loud in pain probably double that. I'm going to give the excuse of poor placement of the strap since I put it over my spandex, and tomorrow I will either put it under my spandex or run at the gym. It's just so frustrating, I don't know what to do. Stretched before and after. Rolled a little after. UGH
