Was unable to do the full16 since I had a shooting pain in my left calf/achilles tendon. Did a bunch of streching and took the bottom of the broom off the pole and used that to loosen the muscles. Hurt like hell but well worth it. A little tight/sore today (monday) but a lot better than yesterday.
