Notes

Did the townie 2 loop a couple times. Had some slight calf soreness on the inside of my left calf but it went away after a couple miles. Slept solidly through the night, got a little less than 8 hours because I woke up 20 min before my alarm, but it still felt like the best sleep I've had in at least a week and a half. Pretty mild outside, I'm really digging the weather. I especially like running into the dawn. Got a great lifting session in before breakfast, but there was a long breakfast line so I had to eat in 3 min. Got all the necessary protein and vitamins I think, I just had to put it all down fast.
