3 mile easy warmup, 6xfly 40s, 4 mile cool down. Felt a little soreness in my right calf during fly 40s so I stretched it out well after and got compression on it. Felt like I did a lot better in the flys than i did during xc so hopefully I can keep moving up and stay there. Felt pretty tired on the cool down, just a combination of the flys and the hard workout yesterday. Went through the hurdle drills well after the cool down. Then some mixed abs.
