Notes

Stiffness I’m the legs for first 3 mins. Started at 9:34,dropped to 9:00, then back up to 9:13. Really have to force myself to run easy.. even if it’s 9 min pace lol. My breathing and heart rate was all over the place until the last 400 meters! Started to get in the groove with deeper breathing and more controlled. Will have to focus on that in the start of runs. Really happy that I worked 9 hours then ran, usually I would just call it and do nothing. Still figuring out my cadence, felt sluggish and sloppy, probably lack of muscles to stabilize and core isn’t really there yet too. Anywho, glad I got this in and can’t wait
