Fitbit said it was 3 miles, had a small cool down at the end. Rode the dirt bike on Sunday.. holy cow my ass cheeks and lower back were tight! But eventually opened up, glad I went out and ran, such a beautiful day. Lots of people to chase after too. Caught up to an older couple biking and running, passed a whole girls xc team assuming it was their lead pack, and caught every light. It was a good flow and overall felt real good. Stretched and Lower back/ass feels much better.

Im not sure what to do with distance on this, go off Fitbit or running ahead? I don't have gps on Fitbit so I'm assuming running ahead is correct? who knows or cares at least I ran
