Chris, Kosta, Tim, Stevie, Jason and myself had a great ride, I was the last one left after (Heartbreak Hill)
Had pretty good legs, still waiting for that last little gear after a hard effort the legs fill a little empty, but
recovery is good and the climbing was better today no problems had good tempo and felt comfortable.
