1) 3:11 - 3:08 - 3:07 - 2:30 overage (11:58 total -- guess I screwed up the math)
2) 2:06 overage - 3:08 - 3:16 - 3:05 - :25 overage
9:27 for 1.5 miles in the first interval, 9:29 for 1.5 miles in the second. Pleased with the effort.
