Ran 10 miles easy on roads. Ran the first 6 on my own and came through in about 47:05. Ran a little too hard for how I was feeling (not great) and ran with Amy a little for my 7th mile. After running with her for a few minutes I finished the rest of the workout on my own. Probably a good thing I ran with her for a little while because I was able to back off a little for the rest of the run (though last mile was in 7:58). Felt really tired and sore after run, but OK. No major damage.
