Ran 4x400 meters at Dover High School track. Ran pretty well considering I haven't done a speed session like this in awhile. Went really well once I found my stride. Really uncomfortable for the first 4, but got better as I got into a groove. Ran the stadium steps 5x after workout. Legs really felt it! Steps might have been the toughest part of the night. Overall, body OK. Don't think I damaged anything.
