Notes
Ran 5 x 2 min. at 5k pace with 3 min. recovery runs. Didn't run quite as well as I did the last time I ran this workout, but still did OK. Didn't have to stop and came through miles of 7:11, 7:42, and 7:08. Tried to keep pace in control and think I did OK for the most part. Felt OK after and recovered fairly quick. Left toe was still an issue, but honestly didn't affect the workout that much. Overall, decent run.
