Ran 10 x 400 meters on track with 400 meter recoveries. Felt pretty good, didn't flow today like I was hoping. Still was able to hold good pace. Knee sore and tight at start but loosened up after 1 or 2 reps. Wasn't even sure I was going to get this workout in because of knee, but it was OK after getting it loose. Rest of me OK, no issues.
