Ran 5 x 2 min. at 5k pace with 3 min. recovery runs. Actually covered 3.08 miles in the 22 minutes of the workout. Felt better than the last time I did this. Was able to run the entire way and didn't need to stop. Really felt decent throughout the workout, even at the end. Pace was pretty even, though 3rd rep was a little hard due to the amount of uphill. Overall, decent run. No major issues with legs/feet and recovered fairly quickly.
