Ran 8 miles easy on roads. Actually, did OK and didn't have too many issues. Felt good for the most part and pace felt good and not pushed. Early miles were a little faster than the last 4, even though the last 4 felt like I was on the same pace, I was actually considerably slower. Overall, good run and was able to move through the whole run without needing to stop. Body a little tight and tired but I think OK.
