Notes
Ran 12 miles at 1/4 effort on roads. Ran about mid morning before the snow was to come (which it did). Ran better than I thought I would. Most of my miles were between 7:03 and 7:09. There were a few slower miles at the end, one in 7:17, but I finished with a 7:13 and felt OK. Came through 10 miles in a little over 1:11:00. Really wasn't pushing and was actually trying to keep things slow, but I guess my body didn't want to. Need to be careful and make sure I recover the next day or so. Have essentially completed 2 back-to-back hard days and I'm a little tired. Body OK, just a little tight and sore. Need to keep the focus on the tight areas of my legs and get things as loose as I can.
