Ran 6 x 1 minute pickups on roads with 3 minute recovery jogs. Ran OK, not where I thought I would be at this point. Have lost a lot of fitness and need to start working my way back. Took 3 minutes recovery instead of the usual 2. Just need to be hopeful and keep working at it. Calf was tight but OK, ankle and toe were OK for the most part.
