Ran 4 miles easy on roads. Kind of an odd run and felt a little rushed as I had a fairly busy evening ahead of me. Miles were kind of all over the place (8:54, 7:47, 8:06, and 8:15). Felt OK but I could tell I was pushing a little bit in spots. Body overall OK, though a little tired. Just need to take care of myself a little more than what I have been.
