Ran 11 miles in AM on roads (after my 3 miles with Amy in Camp Hill). Felt pretty good considering I'm running again after a 45 minute or so break. Started to move well after about 2-3 miles. Felt good but didn't want to push it any harder or longer since the pace was just a little fast. Will slow down and get a good long run in maybe this coming weekend. Body OK, no issues.
