Tried to run a fartlek workout and I totally fell apart. Only got about 5-6 reps in and they were really not that strong. Think the average pace was probably in the 7:15 - 7:30 range, maybe blips of faster pace at times. Just felt horrible and ran like such. No energy, no motivation, overall no ability to do even a basic workout. Just not sure what's going on, though I probably know and don't want to admit things. Just very out of shape and have been doing nothing to get my fitness back, no motivation at all to get better or to even try. Thought moving back to Dover would be a catalyst for some sort of change and it's not amounted to anything yet. Just need to step back and decide if I want to continue with this or not.
