Ran 5 miles on roads with about 5 or so pick ups of varying length. First mile was just under 8 minutes and then picked it up from there once the reps started. Didn't get under 7 minutes at all and really wasn't trying to. Just making sure the recoveries were fairly easy. Felt OK for the most part, but I could tell that the reps were not near the pace I was running even a few months ago. Not sure what's going on, but I think it's just the lack of focus and drive. Ankle was OK but still a little sore.
