Ran 1 mile time-trial. Ran mile loop on Kimberly Lane. Ran really well, was not expecting such a fast time. Feels good to know that I appear to be on track. Workouts seem to be effective. Felt strong the entire way. Came through the 1/2 mile at about 2:45. Was even able to pick up the pace the last .10 mile. Body OK. No serious pains or problems. Hamstrings and such held up well. Need to re-calculate my workouts as this would indicate that my V-DOT is higher. Need to be careful and not train too hard.
