Ran 10 miles on roads. Really didn't feel great but pace was fairly strong for a long run. Definitely should have run slower. Slowest miles were 5 in 8:12 and 9 in 8:11. Finished with a 7:57 mile and really wasn't trying to push the pace. Had a few other early miles under 8, but most were around 8:05. Body OK and no major issues. Ran a little earlier as there was a threat of high winds (did come later in the evening). Shoes held up OK and no issues with toes and knees were OK.
