Ran one mile at about tempo pace on roads through development. Was a little rough, but did OK. First time I've run under 7 minutes in over a month. Felt OK, but struggled with feeling comfortable and letting things flow. Having a hard time planting with my left foot to avoid aggrivating my Achilles. Still seems to be doing OK and it handled the faster pace for the most part. Hopefully got something good going on here.
