Ran 5 x 3 minutes at about 5k pace with 3 minutes recovery. Actually was able to get 5 reps in, up to this point had only been able to get 4. Felt OK as I tried to keep things controlled for the first 2. Last rep was at about 6:20 pace. The other reps were probably around the same effort. Also made sure the recoveries were slower. No issues and felt pretty OK afterwards.
