Notes
Ran 8 x 1 min. at 5k pace with 2 min. recovery jogs. Tried to keep things easier and stay within where I'm at, think I did better today with this - both on the hard runs and the recoveries. Miles were 7:32, 7:38, and 7:24 - not that this matters. Right ankle was sore but that was about it. Very warm night for a run, but got it in. Rest of me OK.
