Ran fartlek run on roads. Did 5 reps of 2 min. hard, 3 min. easy. Not really sure of the pace, tried to keep things more in control. Came through 3 miles in around 22:08. Felt pretty good and not too bad after workout. Ankle was an issue, but the pain has not been as sharp. more like a quick pinch at it's worst and goes away after a few strides. Just hope it cont. to improve. Overall, a decent workout for not doing one in some time. Need to start putting things together.
