Ran 8 miles outside. Ran OK for most of the run. Last 2 miles rough. The foot issue I was dealing with in the morning became a real issue at mile 6. Jogged home the last 2 miles. Needed to stop a few times to let it rest. Hope it goes away a quickly as it usually dose. Just need to be careful.
