Ran 4 miles easy on roads. Finally ran like I should be running, nice and easy on my easy days. Most of my miles were around 9 min. or just a little over 9 min. pace. Second mile was around 8:30s so had to pull things back a little. Felt better, ran a little better and hopefully I can start making some progress.
