Ran 5 miles easy on roads. Hadn't run in a few days and felt OK. Really rough first mile but kept in in control - 9:05. Rest were in the mid 8:20s to 8:30s. Felt the strain at times but was able to work through it and didn't feel too bad. Body still really sore and tired from all the work I did Sunday, but hopefully this will improve. Do not like taking so many days off and need to stop this.
