Ran on "p" despite older gentleman watching me almost the entire workout. The "p" is not what it used to be. Actually nice to rip out some reps there. Felt pretty smooth the entire workout. Actually let the pace get a little out of control. Need to be careful. Foot was OK until the last 1/2 mile cooldown. Walked a little before the cooldown. Seemed to be the same issue the last time I did the 300 meter hill reps in the 3rd phase of our development. Need to be very careful over the next few days.
