Ran 3 at tempo. Actually was a little harder than tempo. Needed to get the feel for pushing against resistance. Haven't run this hard in awhile. Need to do more of this. Actually a little surprised with how well I ran. Was windy and raining most of the way. Cold out also. Handled things well though. Knee and hamstring held up well. Will need to see how things feel tomorrow.
