Ran 5 miles with about 5 pickups of varying length. The workout really didn't go too well. Really didn't feel great and had to stop a few times. Just struggled to run and recover after harder reps. Just not a good day but got something in. Pace on harder reps was probably in the 7:30 range, which should be a lot better. Feet were OK but a little sore in spots. Not sure if it was due to the shoes but just have to work on things.
