Notes

Rough run. Felt flat pretty much the entire way. Was really feeling the previous day's 12 miler. Legs and body just very heavy. Did recover enough to do a little weight training in the evening. Just need to be careful. Starting to really commit to things, but have to make sure I don't get hurt.
