Ran 10 x about 400 meter reps on roads. I ran the first 3 at the park and on roads, then finished the last 7 on the "P". Ran about 1:26-27 pace for the reps (R pace). Ran equal distance recovery. Felt pretty good, was able to hold faster pace without feeling like I was pushing. Felt like I was moving against the resistance, not pushing hard through it. Body fine, toe and knee not much of an issue.
