Really a screwed up run. Ran soon after getting home but had to stop after 2 miles due to heavy rain. Decided to bag it and ran later in the evening. Ran another 6 miles or so by myself and then ran the last 2.5 with Amy (mostly with Amy). Really should have just finished the run by myself and not run with Amy. It's not a huge problem, but I'm just not getting quite the work in that I need. Having to stop due to rain doesn't help matters. I felt OK though and had no serious body issues. Just have to start running more on my own and get he work I need and not wimp out and run with Amy so much. I like running with her, but I don't need to.
