Ran what turned into a 3-mile tempo/progression run on roads. Miles were 8:10, 7:33, 7:28. Felt OK and could tell that I was pushing but in control for the most part. Did have to briefly stop at 1.8 miles but was able to finish after that. Last mile was a little rough but got through it. Body tired but seems to be OK. Need more days like this.
