Ran 11 miles easy on roads. Tried to go a little easier tonight and think I did OK. Was the first really hot day of the year (temps in the 80s) and waited until later to run. Felt OK, little tired but I got through it. Maybe could have done a little more if it wasn't so late. Overall, an OK run.
