Notes
Ran a progression run. Started out with 3 miles very easy. Then picked up the next 4 to 5 miles at about a tempo pace. Last mile or so I tried to pick up the pace. Was rough near end. May not have picked up pace much at all. Felt tired, but OK. Left knee and hamstring a little sore. Need to be VERY careful the next few days.
