Ran 3 mile tempo. Actually ran for 20 minutes. Covered about 3 and 1/4 miles. Felt tired last 200 meters. No foot problems though. Used HR monitor. Pushed pace a little too much about 1.5 miles into run. Was averaging about 172-173 BPM for the last 1.5 miles. Need to keep it under 170 BPM if I can. Overall, good run
